Shipping policy
Free US shipping
Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or to other countries, with one exception: the Dog Drying Robe also ships to Australia (see below).
Processing time
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- Hard-Bottom Back Seat Extender: 3 to 8 business days
- Folding Dog Car Stairs, Folding Dog Car Ramp, Collapsible Travel Bowl and Deshedding Grooming Glove: 3 to 5 business days
- Road-Trip Dog Water Bottle, Inflatable Travel Dog Bed, Elevated Dog Cot, and all dog toys (Treat Puzzle Board, Treat-Dispensing Wobble Ball, Squeaky Plush Pup Toy, 9-Piece Enrichment Toy Set): 3 to 7 business days
- Dog Drying Robe: 5 to 11 business days
Each product page also shows its own delivery estimate.
If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delays
If we can't ship your order within the time we stated, we'll email you with a new estimated date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at support@houndmile.com and we'll make it right.
Australia (Dog Drying Robe only)
Shipping to Australia is free on the Dog Drying Robe. Orders ship from our supplier in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive in 6 to 14 days (a few take longer). For Christmas delivery, order by December 3. Other products are not available for delivery to Australia yet.
